作为MacWorld 2008上发布的主打产品之一 Time Capsule 于近日正式在美国市场开始发售，Time Capsule利用Mac OS X Leopard操作系统中的Time Machine为用户自动备份所有内容，并且可以作为功能完备的802.11n Wi-Fi基站使用，多台Mac可以利用Time Capsule共享上网并同时在一个Time Capsule中进行无线备份。

昨天 Jobs 演讲的第一部分，除了 iPhone 固件升级以及新的 iPod Touch 功能之外，还提到了一个新的配件 Time Capsule 。这是一款无线存储设备，事实上就是配有硬盘的 AirPort Extreme。配合 Apple 去年推出的新一代操作系统 Leopard 中的 Time Machine 功能同时使用，可以进行无线数据备份，有 500GB 和 1TB 两个版本，售价分别为 299 美元和 499 美元，预计 2 月份投放市场，所有 Mac 电脑产品均可使用。

With an 80GB (or 64GB solid state) hard drive, and a maximum 1.8 GHz processor with 2GB of RAM, this is an extremely underpowered machine.
