这一次，辣妹维多利亚又再次成为风头人物，因为她竟赤身裸体上阵。她为慈善献身，T恤上除了"辣妹"的全身裸照外，还醒目印着"请保护我们的皮肤"字样，这次辣妹的主要目的不是抢风头，只是为了向人们发出预防皮肤癌的警告信息。
这T恤由著名设计师马克-雅格布斯设计，图中的辣妹一丝不挂，只用双手掩盖胸部，而一串宣传文字中的Y字，恰好充当了内裤的作用，遮掩辣妹的敏感部位。裸照T恤是警示世人抗癌，所以除了可以抢风头，也是为了向人们发出预防皮肤癌的警告信息。
