我不得不相信，这应该是我今年内所看到的与Google相关的最哭笑不得的新闻了。Google图书搜索的确令很多图书出版商愤怒不已，他们认为即使Google只将他们的图书的一小部分内容数字化，也是要经过他们的授权的；否则，Google的行为就等同偷盗。而Google则持有相反的观点，Google认为这样做并不需要事先得到授权，因为Google只将图书的一小部分预览内容数字化，目前是想帮助出版商推广自己的图书；如果出版商不愿意，那么只需要告知Google，Google就不会扫描他们的图书。就像YouTube那样，你说它的视频侵权了，那它就会把视频删掉。因此，不少出版商选择起诉Google，...
