1977年，身为苹果创始人之一的斯蒂夫·沃兹尼亚克（以下简称沃兹）和斯蒂夫·乔布斯推出了他们公司具有划时代意义的产品Apple II，相比于Apple Is，Apple II具有很大的进步，它是第一个带有彩色图形的个人计算机，Apple II及其系列改进机型曾风靡一时，使Apple公司成为微型机时代最成功的计算机公司。
