12 号的时候， Ubuntu 8.04 冻结了代码 ，并于今天正式发布了。有关于新版本相关的更新和改进，之前网谈已经介绍过多次了。不过每一次 Ubuntu 正式发布的当天，网站拥挤的惯例一直延续至今，目前 Ubuntu 官方网站也一样无法正常访问。
