申明中，李将罪责推得一干二尽，似乎病毒的传播与其关系甚微，只是研究而已！不知道这个程序的来源是不是准确，很难想象在看守所内写程序而以此言论发布软件，肯定是经过允许的，但是有没有经过公安部门的严格审查呢？如果有，那么措辞可以写成这样的确有些匪夷所思了！个中原因各位自己体会吧……
