据 TC消息 称，来自于北京的国内创业团队 魔击体 已正式被 Hulu 收购，据传收购价格在1000 万美元左右。

魔击体 和 hulu 这两个网站，HUNG 在网谈都特别提过。前者是来自于国内的创业团队，打造的一款在线视频处理工具，可以直接在网络视频媒体上随意在视频中配合画面对象和跟踪时间点来添加自己的注解、注释（很像 Flickr 的图内标注，不过技术上的要求更高，魔击体支持给视频添加文本，对话，插图，超链接，动画等等），也可以使用自己熟悉的任何语言给视频添加字幕（现在魔击体的网站上已有接近 20 种不同的语言注释）。
