就周杰撞车事故，上周，北京市交管局朝阳交通支队宣布责任认定结果：周杰负主要责任，出租车司机高某负次要责任。结果还认定，现有证据不足以证明周杰事发时属饮酒驾车；周杰未履行保护现场、在现场等候处理的法定义务，属弃车逃逸。
事发后周杰返回家中
市交管局通报了事故经过：6月2日3时45分，周杰驾驶未悬挂车牌的奔驰车，由南向北行至高碑店北路115路公交总站处，适有高某驾驶的捷达轿车（内乘两名乘客）由北向东左转弯，周杰发现后，在采取制动措施过程中，车辆前部撞在高某所驾车辆右侧，致使捷达向左侧翻，高某及车内两名乘客受伤。事故还造成两车严重损坏，路口东北角护栏损坏。周杰以周姓名义报警后离开现场，...
