欧盟制定社会化网络隐私原则

欧盟日前已制定了社会化网络用户隐私保护指导原则，要求 Facebook 、 Myspace 及其他社会化网络在欧洲开展业务时，需遵守欧盟的隐私保护法规。该指导意见还规定，未经用户许可，各大社会化网络不得对外泄露用户的个人资料。
业界人士称 ，由于不少社会化网络总部并不位于欧洲，欧盟上述指导意见的出台，将对这些社会化网络的欧洲市场日常运营带来一定影响。欧盟隐私保护官员认为，凡在欧洲市场开展业务的社会化网络，都需遵守欧盟的隐私保护法规。据悉，该指导意见由欧盟一个顾问委员会具体负责制定。
