上海市政府本周公布了筹备三年之久的上海居住证转户籍试行办法的实施细则,符合条件的上海居住证持有人现在已可以依次轮候申请上海户籍。
实施细则从申办条件、激励条件、申请的提出、家属随迁和轮候等几个方面作出了进一步明确和细化。
不过,这个细则一出台,就受到部分网民的抨击,指其歧视农民工。
今年 2 月份出台的这个试行办法对于居住证转户籍设置了五道门槛。
五道门槛
为了申办上海常驻户口,居住证持有人必须满足 7 个条件:持有上海市居住证累计满 7 年;参加上海市社保满 7 年;依法纳税;具有中级或技师以上职资;未违反计划生育政策,无犯罪记录。
