根据中国法院网的信息,搜狗拼音输入法已正式起诉腾讯拼音输入法不正当竞争,索赔人民币2051万元,北京市第二中级人民法院已受理此案。
这意味着,上述两个输入法之间的纠纷正式激化。此前1月4日,搜狗输入法曾公开发官方博客指责腾讯输入法抄袭,后者随后进行回应称未收到对方的指责。今年3月份,这两个软件的新版产品中均增加了一项可屏蔽同类软件的新功能,当时就有律师指出这可能涉及不正当竞争。
