日前，一些网站上流传"豪门少妇贾静雯床上华服艳照"，贾静雯衣着整齐趴/躺在床上，此照片其实是贾静雯之前替寝具广告所拍摄的，却遭不肖人士刻意散发。贾静雯为此表示很气愤，并觉得很可笑。贾静雯前经纪人姚凤群表示，经过厂商调查，怀疑是以前合作的广告公司因拿不到续约案子，才在网络上恶搞。姚凤群会先等厂商搜集相关证据展开法律途径，再接着动作。
