Windows Live Hotmail Technical Support Blog 今天发布消息说，从2008年6月30日以后，微软将会禁用DAV协议，从而使得Outlook Express不再支持Hotmail邮件的收取。因为Outlook Express访问Hotmail需要使用DAV协议 (Distributed Authoring and Versioning protocol) ，以便通过POP3或IMAP与基于Web的邮件服务器交互。所以，禁用DAV后，Outlook Express将不能访问Hotmail。为什么呢？
