Paguriran Island located in Bacon, Sorsogon here in the Philippines. It's a more-than-an-hour ride from my place. Quite remote and undeveloped, if you are into that kind of thing.
I suggest checking-in at Sorsogon City where there are cheap hotels abound and just hire a jeepn...
