微软正式宣布收购 Yahoo 搜索业务

微软第二次收购 Yahoo 的一些细节已经确定，微软将放弃之前整体收购的策略，而选择收购最感兴趣的业务 - Yahoo 的搜索服务。至于 Yahoo 其他的业务，微软表示暂时不予考虑。
很显然，如果只收购 Yahoo 的搜索业务，微软就用不着花上 400 多亿美元。通过这样的方式，微软 CEO Steve Ballmer 可以暂时平息一下微软员工和股东对之前微软 Yahoo 收购谈判的不满情绪。如果目前的交易达成，微软将获得 Yahoo 搜索服务和其搜索广告业务。而 Yahoo 的网站展示广告业务还将保留，合作之后， Yahoo 也将获得一部分微软的广告业务。
