1) Internship - Support our Creative Team with your Web Design and Programming Skills

Job Description:
You will work with our IT and Marketing department to create new designs and bring these designs into living Web 2.0 applications. As part of the team we will help you to further your skills and enable you to see all stages of web application design and development. You can learn and work with a highly diverse and experienced team in sunny California.

Note the emphasis on this position is on design NOT programming but you should be comfortable programming simple applications at least.

Experience Required:
- Qualified candidates should be pursuing a Masters, Bachelor or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Journalism, or Visual Communication Design or related subjects
- Qualified candidates should be very experienced with Photoshop or GIMP
- Advanced Design skills
- Basic to advanced PHP and Javscript skills are a plus
- MYSQL, Perl, or other programming skills are a plus too

Duration: 6-18 Months

Where: Preferably most of the time at our offices in Palo Alto, CA, USA, but job can be partly done from home

Compensation: This is a PAID position - but hey - its an internship so do not expect full salaries! But we can make life nice for you here in California.

2) Manager Sales and Marketing

Job Description:
You will work closely with our existing Marketing and Sales Team to drive page views and sales for the company. As part of your work you will work on online marketing strategies for our company to increase exposure.

Additionally you will define new products and improve the existing product line. You will also provide sales support for existing customers and you will acquire new customers.

Note the emphasis on this position is on sales but the marketing part is essential to understand our business better.

Experience Required:

- Qualified candidates should have 2-4 years of Online Marketing and Sales experience
- Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years of inbound and/or outbound sales and support experience
- Experience in Public Relations work is a plus

Where: 50% office (Palo Alto, CA) attendance necessary, otherwise home office fully suitable
