Sorry for the downtime...

This is our first downtime of more than 30 minutes for more than 12 months. We take providing a 24/7 service for you very seriously. We are striving to provide you a network that is up and running 99.99% of the time. So only some hours in a year we are not there fore you (mostly due to maintenance). We do not have any set maintenance (i.e. Ebays's Friday maintenance) and try to make sure all systems are fail safe. This time a new piece of hardware called load balancer and some cell phones switched to vibrate caused and prelonged the error.
Again we are sorry - we will do our best it will be the only noticeable outage for a long time.
