Position I - Assistant Sales and Marketing (Internship)Would you like to learn more about Online Marketing and Media Sales? Do you have a business background and good communication skills? Do you currently work on your masters or bachelor degree in BA? Do you understand the Web 2.0 and are comfortable working with HTML and basic script languages (i.e. a CMS system or blog system)?

You will work with our team to:

- Expand our network of existing advertiser relationships
- Work with our sales reps on closing new accounts (be part of the pitch!)
- Find new and strengthen relationships with our indirect sales partners

You will work with our VP IT & Operations to:

- Enhance our existing software and hardware infrastructure (Open Source)
- Create new applications in Perl or PHP
- Build and Maintain cluster technology (MYSQL cluster, Linux file system cluster)
- Update and manage our Content Management System

Position III - Sales RepWe are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with great communication skills.

What you will do:

You will work with our VP Sales on expanding our existing client base as well as finding new clients. You will focus on finding new direct sales clients as well as discovering indirect sales opportunities through our partner network. You'll create unique sponsorship deals that meet the needs of our high profile clients like Citrix, T-Mobile or Printronix.

What we expect:

You understand the blogosphere and emerging publishing phenomenon and you have worked in the advertising industry for several years. Ideally you should have sold online ads for at least two years and you are able to demonstrate knowledge of consumer/technology fields. You bring with you a focus to close the deal and you are able to develop the existing value proposition of our product further.

You must be able to produce -- there will be a probation" period of 3-6 months, during which you will grow revenue above current trend. And you should be comfortable with a low base, in exchange for a high percentage of revenue you generate, plus equity.
