Last week we quietly launched a new blog about executive women's fashion, called Busy with Style.

Busy with Style is edited by Ivy, who also does a nice job writing our Are You a Beauty blog on beauty issues.

Executive women's fashion is a good growth area in blogging. We women have figured out that we can slip in a few fashion news sites and blogs into our RSS readers among all the work-related reading we do.

With just a few minutes a day we can get fashion tips and find the latest nice things -- and keep body and soul together.

The advice in Busy With Style will focus on fun, interesting and always practical information. For instance, a recent post gave some great choices in dressy flat shoes for women:

"I'm a sucker for high heels ... I don't feel properly dressed up if my feet are not in an elegant pair of pumps. But, since I have to move swiftly around the office, and often go outside to get things done, I have got used to wearing flats, and keeping my pumps in the closet to put on if meetings or lunches demand it.

Wearing a flat doesn't have to mean downgrading your style, just the opposite. A quality pair of wonderful flat shoes can give you sophistication and is easily worn with a skirt or pants."

This is useful advice for women who do not like high heels, or who have to do a lot of walking in their commute, or who just don't want to go through the discomfort of wearing high heels all the time.
