Yep, launched yet another new blog.
See Pretty Things is a new blog about fashion accessories, as well as handbags and shoes. Why? Because any woman will tell you that the accessories, shoes and bags make the woman.
OK, maybe I exaggerate just a tad. But still, what good is the most stunning outfit if the shoes are wrong or the belt is ugly?
See Pretty Things is written by Kimmie Smith, our newest Editor here at Creative Weblogging. Let's learn a little more about Kimmie, by hearing how she describes herself in her profile page:
I have a passion for fashion! I grew up reading Vogue and anticipating trends. Who knew this passion would not only secure me a job within fashion; moreover, I would go on to designing my own clothing and jewelry. In doing so, this allowed me to see that I really love accessories and nothing is better than coming to this blog and being able to give you the latest finds in ways that you can truly express yourself with the perfect bag, jewelry, hats and more.More than just pointing out pretty things (not that that's bad, but you want more, right?), Kimmie also gives fashion tips and advice in a way that makes you just want to go out and shop, shop, shop. In this post where she identifies the fabulously HUGE Baby Phat bag, she goes on to say:
On the runway this bag looks amazing and you can see its show stopping size. To make this bag work for you, pair it with a white outfit (or have a white tank top with a pair of great jeans) and cute red strappy sandals (or something like what the model is wearing which looks fab regardless of whether it's with jeans or mini shorts). If you're going to carry a bag this large, make sure you incorporate your Audrey Hepburn sense of style and wear your large sunglasses. Of course my signature that I could not go without, is a large cocktail ring! These elements can be done to look very simple where the bag is the main focus and of course you will look very fashionable - not clunky by weighing it down.There's plenty more of that kind of talk.
